Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will focus on expanding MarketinGear’s client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This position will leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to generate qualified leads, build strong sales pipelines, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for digital marketing, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of successful business development in the marketing or advertising industry. You’ll have the opportunity to work remotely with a fully flexible schedule while benefiting from a performance-based compensation structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other online tools to identify, qualify, and reach out to potential clients in the business sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the MarketinGear leadership team to develop and execute effective sales strategies for generating leads and converting them into long-term clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent communication and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized digital marketing proposals that address the unique challenges and goals of potential clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position MarketinGear’s services to prospective clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, SEO, and content teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and alignment of services with client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation within the digital marketing industry (experience with full-service marketing agencies is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other lead generation tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and branding.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
